Resilience
Definition: Resilience is the ability to adapt and recover from stress, adversity, trauma, or significant challenges.
Features: It doesn’t eliminate distress or difficulty but enables individuals to continue functioning and eventually regain balance.
Context: Resilient people can harness inner strength to cope, maintain perspective, and find ways to move forward despite setbacks.
