Inspire Elsies Radio is exploring the option of applying for a FM License from ICASA, previous enquiries in this regard was met with no response because there was a moratorium on Community Based licences. We hope and trust that the new application will be successfull. The slow uptick in listeners to our online app based radio has made the acquiring of an FM license even more imperative. CEO of INSPIRE NETWORK Imraahn Mukaddam emphasised "that in order for INSPIRE ELSIES RADIO to be a viable investment for sponsors and advertisers FM would be the best and most efficient way to build our audience," Mukaddam stressed that advertisers must get a return on their investment and this is where the reluctance to approach sponsors comes from. We need to add value to our investors.
